Technical data:

The bright field microphotographs above were made with a ZEISS trinocular microscope with the following objectives.  25x Plan, 200x, and 400x Neofluar with a 10x eyepiece.  The camera is a Nikon 8008s using Kodak Gold 200 ISO film and Köhlor illumination.
